About the Role
Our client, a successful security company based in Northriding, is seeking an experienced and bilingual Receptionist Junior to join their team. With 11 years of service, their current receptionist is leaving, and they are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service, assist with general admin tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Afrikaans
- Assist customers coming into the business
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (no experience necessary, full training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Computer literate with basic software applications
Qualifications
- No formal education requirements
Salary & Benefits
- R8,000 per month, no benefits
