About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced tutor to join our remote online team, providing Maths, English, and Science lessons to pupils attending school. As a trainee manager with tutoring and admin experience, you will be responsible for managing lesson schedules, taking sales calls, mentoring students, communicating with parents, and capturing general data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tutor lessons in Maths/Science/English
  • Schedule and organise lesson time tables
  • Take incoming and outgoing sales calls
  • Mentor students to a high standard
  • Communicate with parents
  • General data capturing and admin

Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent (Maths core and Physical Science or Life Science preferred)
  • Administrative or Sales aptitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Good educational and employment reference history
  • Have an excellent working computer with a camera and mic
  • Strong, stable Internet connection
  • Not be affected by load shedding (UPS or inverters needed if you are in a frequent loadshedding area)

Salary & Benefits

R12000 per month after probation period of 4 months. During probation period: R7000.
