Randburg: Sales Coordinator

Minimum requirements: Matric Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing Previous experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office and Accpac Key Responsibilities: Monitor sales performance against set targets and objectives Process sales orders accurately and within required timeframes Schedule and manage service delivery dates on FSA systems Coordinate sales representatives schedules and daily activities Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Handle customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support Manage customer contacts, records, and filing systems Assist in organizing promotional workshops and sales events Maintain a strong level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking Ensure customers meet financial obligations for stock delivered Exhibit the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations Be open to solving complex problems Willing to work overtime and be available after hours and on weekends to manage unforeseen circumstances Consultant: Almiché van Wyngaard – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
