About the Role
Our client, a well-established and fast-growing financial and tax consultancy operating nationally across South Africa, is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Representative to promote and sell tax and financial solutions to new and existing clients. The role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, targets, and building real client relationships. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling tax and financial solutions to individuals and businesses, generating new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals, and consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell tax and financial solutions to individuals and businesses
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage your own diary, leads, and follow-ups effectively
- Represent the business professionally in the market
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (financial services experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Comfortable engaging with both individuals and business owners
Qualifications
