Job Summary

Press Brake / Bending Setter is Required by a Manufacturing Company in RoodepoortMust be 100% competent and be able to proficiently and timeously set and operate all machines: AMADA FBD, HDS, HFE, HG, RG & RG NTSMust be 100% competent with the use of all required measuring equipment.Must be 100% competent with regards to the reading and understanding of all drawings.Must be 100% competent with regards to communication in the English language, speaking, listening, understanding, reading and writing.Must be able to manage his weekly dedicated team of allocated staffMust be able to plan production in advance.Must prepare the next components and or jobs parts way in advance.Must prepare the next components and or jobs tooling way in advance.Must instruct the bending operators and or bending assistants on how to load the tools that he selects and supplies.Must program the machine and sign off the 1st off.Must perform random quality inspections.Must perform the last off inspection.Must ensure that his dedicated machines are in good working order and clean.Must ensure that his dedicated area is neat, tidy and clean.Must assist the bending operators and or bending assistants with complicated parts.Please send detailed CV in Word Format, stipulating last salary and reason for leaving last Montana Recruitment
