Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the new commercial vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets Drive business development and deal-making through established industry contacts and networking Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and expand the dealerships commercial vehicle footprint Oversee customer relationship management to ensure excellent client retention and satisfaction Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to senior management Support sales executives in negotiations for high-value deals when required Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations Requirements: Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales management, preferably with Scania, Mercedes-Benz, or Volvo Trucks Minimum of 2-3 years experience in same or similar role as commercial vehicle new sales manager in a dealership environment Strong industry network and ability to leverage relationships to generate new business Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, supervision, and motivational skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
