About the Role
Dymaxa Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Minute Taker to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for 6 months. The successful candidate will provide minute-taking services for all committee meetings within the Council, including Board Meetings, ensuring accurate and timely recording of proceedings. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full minute taking function and compilation of minutes for all committee meetings including Board meeting from recordings and in a live environment.
- Preparation, updating and correction of minutes to the stage of submission for signature.
- Timeous completion and distribution of minutes.
- Compilation of Action Items and compilation and/or updating of Decision Register.
- Maintenance of Meeting Schedule.
- Ensure safe storage of all Bargaining Council confidential documents and data (hard copies and electronic).
- Perform a back-up function for PA/Committee-Coordinator on ad hoc basis as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric
- Experience: 2-4 years of related experience in an office environment.
- Experience and/or Secretarial diploma in Minute taking
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience and training in minute-taking is essential.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position is R15 600 CTC per month.
