Our client is seeking a Senior Electrician / Master Installation Electrician to lead complex projects across residential and commercial sectors. This role is strictly for an experienced professional with proven leadership skills and a mandatory authority to issue Certificates of Compliance (COCs). Candidates with practical experience in Solar PV systems are highly preferred.Key Requirements & ResponsibilitiesCOC Authority (Mandatory): Must be a registered Installation Electrician or Master Installation Electrician authorized to legally conduct inspections, testing, and issue Certificates of Compliance (COCs) according to SANS 10142-1.Experience: Minimum 8+ years post-qualification experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and advanced fault-finding (single and three-phase).Solar PV Experience (Preferred): Proven knowledge in installing, wiring, and commissioning solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including inverters, panels, and battery storage.Leadership: Act as a technical lead, supervise junior staff, and ensure adherence to strict quality and safety protocols on all sites.Essential QualificationsRed Seal Electrician or equivalent trade qualification.Valid COC registration (Installation or Master Installation Electrician).Valid drivers license.Join our client’s team and lead their technical projects!
