Drawing on CAD inventor Production planning. Flat sheet metal experience Work Sigmanest and MRP plus nesting Technical knowledge of machinery Production planning Establish material requirements Time management Report on daily throughput of factory Must have 6 years experience.
Duties:
Create CAD Drawings : Develop 2D/3D designs for sheet metal cutting, laser, or CNC machines. Optimize Nesting : Maximize material usage by arranging parts efficiently in the nesting software. Quality Control : Ensure cuts match specifications and perform checks for accuracy. Collaborate : Work with engineers and production teams to ensure designs meet manufacturing needs. Troubleshoot : Solve problems with designs or machine operations to keep production on track.
