Position: Tele-Sales & Administrative Assistant Industry: Real Estate Location: Roodepoort Johannesburg Gauteng Job Type: Full-time Workplace: Hybrid (Monday, Wednesday, Friday in Office) About Us: Join our dynamic and fast-paced real estate team! The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Tele-Sales & Administrative Assistant to be a pivotal part of our sales operation. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, while also providing essential administrative support. Your professionalism and positive attitude will directly contribute to our growth. Key Responsibilities: Tele-Sales: o Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from our database to generate leads.o Engage with potential buyers and sellers, build rapport, and qualify their interest.o Schedule property valuation appointments and viewings for our real estate agents.o Diligently follow up on leads and maintain a clean and updated client pipeline. Social Media: o Assist in managing and updating our company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).o Help create and schedule engaging content, including new listings, success stories, and market updates.o Respond to inquiries and comments on social platforms in a timely and professional manner. Administration: o Provide comprehensive administrative support.o Manage calendar, handle correspondence, and prepare documents.o Assist with general office duties as required. Requirements & Qualifications: A minimum of a Matric Certificate is required. Fully bilingual with professional proficiency in both English and Afrikaans (written and verbal) is non-negotiable. Demonstrable social media skills, with an understanding of how to use platforms for business. Proven administrative skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in a tele-sales, customer service, or real estate environment is highly advantageous. Is a self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic. Is meticulously organized with excellent attention to detail. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively multitask.
