Job Summary
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, T3/N6 Diploma, or relevant certifications.
- Experience: 5+ years managing plant maintenance, projects, and teams in factories, mines, or processing facilities.
- Strong knowledge of predictive/preventative maintenance and OSHACT regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of artisans and maintenance staff to ensure efficient equipment operation.
- Oversee maintenance programs, capital projects, and installations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., steam boilers, pressure vessels, HT electrical supplies).
- Drive environmental sustainability initiatives and improve energy efficiency.
- Manage departmental budgets, spares inventory, and health & safety compliance.
