KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Develop Develop innovative solutions for ammunition manufacturing facilities in cooperation with team members of different engineering disciplines. Do research and development to ensure the implementation of the latest technologies during the development processes. Design Mechanical designs from the concept phase up to and including detailed designs and drawings for Execute design Plan and prepare plant layout and inputs for civil Ensure designs comply with legal and explosive regulatory Take design responsibility at the facility Ensure design progress is on schedule and within Generate necessary facility and equipment Build Oversee and guide internal and external fabrication entities to fabricate and construct the facilities or equipment. Ensure conformity to Ensure manufactured/bought-out items adhere to quality Testing Plan and conduct tests and evaluations to verify the equipment and system Investigate failures and ensure corrective action is Ensure results are documented and Implementation Oversee the installation and implementation of the final Provide training/support for products/systems/equipment. Business Support Compile technical proposals and costing in support of new Interact with clients in support of business POST REQUIREMENTS: Qualification Eng or B.Tech Mechanical Engineering or higher Applicable Experience 3 5 years working experience in mechanical design related to a plant and equipment environment (experience in explosives or ammunition environment is desirable). Proficient in the use of SolidWorks and or similar 3D Valid passport with willingness and availability to travel domestically and internationally as required Clear criminal record
