Responsibilities:New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Client Engagement: Present and promote our manufactured products, tailoring solutions based on customer needs and specifications.Product DemonstrationsRelationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Reporting: Track sales activity and performance using Excel. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly Excel (pivot tables, charts, trend analysis).Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, production) to ensure smooth customer interactions and fulfilment of needs.Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.Negotiation: Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.Determine Pricing: Help determining pricing schedules for quotes and promotions.Communicate: Make phone calls or send emails to contact prospective customers.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years of experience in field sales, Manufacturing sectorTravel: Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory.License: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Education: High school Senior Certificate requiredPreferred Qualifications:Self-motivated and drivenProven sales experience.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
