Minimum Requirements: Recognised Trade Certificate (Auto Electrical / Diesel Mechanic / relevant Trade) 23 years post-trade experience in a similar technical role 23 years Foreman / Supervisory experience Previous experience working on TMM equipment Essential Manitou experience Advantageous Valid drivers licence Clear criminal record Stable employment history with contactable references Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise field service technicians Allocate tasks and ensure quality workmanship Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and OEM standards Report on productivity, performance, and equipment conditions Provide strong client service and field support Application Instructions: Certificates must be submitted with your CV.
