Hire Resolve’s Client, a great mining company in the North West, is currently looking for a skilled HRD Technical Trainer to join their mining team.

Requirements:

•  Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Qualification
• ETDP Level 3 Certificate
• Registered Assessor
• Minerals Processing Skills Programmes Certificates:
  – Ore Reception
  – Water Reticulation
  – Crushing & Screening
  – Milling
  – Dense Medium Separation
  – Floatation
  – Thickening
• Moderator Qualification will be an added advantage
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the Minerals Processing Production Experienc
• Minimum 5 years HRD Experience in a Metallurgical environment
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team leader
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Must reside in the close proximity to the operations.

Its a condition of the host mine that all new engagements should be fully vaccinated and in possession of a vaccination certificate.
