Requirements:
Grade 12 N4 Electrical Engineering (NOF Level 5) 5 years as a Winder Artisan (electrical/electronic control systems) Essential Skills : PLC logic & fault-finding DC/AC motor drives & hydraulic systems Lilly’s controllers & dynamic brake testing Winder code compliance & safety systems Certifications : Valid Red Ticket (or medically fit to obtain one) PLC Training ( Winder/HT Modules advantageous) SAP knowledge (beneficial) Key
Responsibilities:
Optimise winder control systems for safety/reliability Troubleshoot faults to prevent production delays Update machinery logs & conduct daily safety inspections Backup software & maintain system drawings Coach engineering teams on winder systems
