The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry, strong organizational skills, and a passion for artist development.Key Responsibilities:Support the artist in scheduling and managing appointments, studio sessions, and promotional eventsCoordinate with record labels, booking agents, promoters, and other industry contactsAssist with marketing, social media strategies, and branding initiativesHandle communications and negotiations on behalf of the artistOversee tour planning, logistics, and budgetingHelp identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and collaborationsManage administrative duties such as contracts, payments, and reportingAct as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partnersMonitor industry trends to keep the artist competitive and relevantRequirements:At least 10 years of experience working in the music industry, ideally with independent artistsStrong network of contacts in the music business is advantageousExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
