About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our trendy restaurant team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of restaurant floor management and excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and oversee daily operations on the Restaurant floor
- Oversee stock control and maintain inventory levels
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Articulate and able to provide excellent customer service
