About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to join our team in Sandton, Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales-centric company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. Key Responsibilities
- Reception and operation: Politely and efficiently answer switchboard calls, serve customers, and attend to in-person visitors.
- Ensure showroom and displays showcase our products in the best possible way.
- Attend to customers and conclude branch sales when opportunities arise.
- Pass customer information onto the branch manager as needed to facilitate successful transactions.
- Capture all digital and telephonic leads for future reference.
- Take payment from customers by card machine, ensuring correct receipts are filed and payments are reconciled daily.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in an administration-focused role in a sales-centric company is essential.
- Knowledge of Syspro is advantageous.
- High degree of computer literacy is non-negotiable.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
