About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Reaction Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients in the reaction and armed response security sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business within the Reaction security sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Sales Administration & Reporting: maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and business opportunities; prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements

- 23 years of cold calling experience
- Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the security industry
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and secure new business through cold calling and networking
- PSIRA registration (advantageous)
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and assertive
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
