Sandton: Call Centre Agent

Key Responsibilities: – Handle inbound emergency and breakdown calls professionally and efficiently – Log incidents accurately and dispatch recovery service providers – Communicate with truck drivers, fleet controllers, and service partners – Track ongoing incidents and provide status updates – Ensure compliance with internal processes and SLA requirements – Maintain detailed call and case records on the internal system – Deliver exceptional customer service during high-stress situations Requirements: – Previous call centre experience (preferably in emergency, insurance, recovery, or logistics environments) – Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities – Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure scenarios – Strong administrative and computer skills – Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 3-day on / 3-day off rotation – Own transport or ability to work shifts reliably What They Offer: – Stable shift rotation offering work-life balance – Training and development for career growth – Supportive team environment – Opportunity to be part of a mission-critical national response centre
