Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop Retention Strategies: Craft and implement effective retention strategies that maximize client loyalty and reduce churn. Analyse trends in customer satisfaction and feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.Manage Subscription Renewals: Oversee the entire renewal process to ensure timely and successful renewal of all group subscriptions and contracts. Identify and address any barriers to renewal.Client Communication: Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping clients fully informed throughout the lifecycle of their subscription and fostering ongoing engagement.Feedback Loop Management: Implement and oversee a system for gathering client feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements to enhance the customer experience.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, support, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and their feedback is factored into product development.Reporting and Analytics: Regularly report on retention metrics and client health scores, providing insights and action plans to senior.
