With over a decade of experience in delivering customer satisfaction.Were now expanding into the insurance sector. Based in Sandton, were looking for driven individuals to join us as commission-based recruiters and help grow our insurance team.Position: Commission-Based RecruiterLocations: Countrywide (National)
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit and onboard talented insurance sales agents.2. Conduct interviews to assess and identify top talent.3. Maintain a minimum of 5 successful recruitments weekly.4. Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork, banking deals, and follow-ups.5. Collaborate with the sales team for seamless agent integration.
Requirements:
1. Strong interviewing and communication skills.2. Recruitment experience, ideally in insurance or sales.3. Ability to work independently and in a team. 4. Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for talent acquisition.5. Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.Remuneration:1. R250 per individual recruited.
