A second largest retail bank in South Africa based on customers is looking for a Delivery Lead/Team lead, with Cloud and DevOps experience to lead their team of developers, assist to enable self-service capabilities to the product team, and engineer services in a way that it can be used by the development team.

Requirements:

BSc degree or equivalent qualification
5 years` experience in software development management, including technical team lead,
Banking experience
Project Management principles and methodologies
SDLC
Experience in working with serverless databases
Implementation and maintenance of financial and contact center systems and procedures,
Budgeting and accounting principles
Business analysis and design
Understanding of how solutions and components work together on AWS
Knowledge of:
AWS /Azure Cloud
DevOps
Kubernetes
Aurora Postgres
Async and Integration architecture
IngreE-Gres pattern
Experience in Software Development, and project delivery

Drive the planning of the team and delivery of the team focused on engineering and unpacking certain aspects
Have experience leading an engineering team and dealing with software engineering solutions who has AWS and Dev, Sec Ops
