About the Role
We are seeking an experienced On the Road External Part Sales Representative to join our automotive dealership client in Sandton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales of parts and accessories to external customers, while ensuring the availability and delivery of correct parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to targets set out with Line Manager.
- Ensure a profitable parts department through the availability and delivery of correct parts.
- Follow up on existing customers, twice a week, to check on purchased stock not sold.
- Give sound advice on product knowledge to clients.
- Understand and meet/exceed client requirements/expectations timeously.
- Prioritize requirements attended to first.
- Build relationships, through positive communication and feedback.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- At least 5 years of experience in the Parts industry
