• Placing stock orders with both local and overseas suppliers
• Consolidating weekly shipments and liaising with freight partners to ensure maximum efficiency
• Pulling daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to monitor and manage stock levels
• Coordinating daily with other divisions regarding stock availability, reserves, back orders, and dye-lots
• Creating codes and categories for incoming stock on the Pastel system
• Checking incoming stock against the master sample for quality and accuracy
• Sending out weekly reports on incoming stock and back order status
• Handling and resolving supplier complaints in a timely manner
• Managing and overseeing a team of 8 warehouse staff members

• Own transport is essential
• Previous experience working with the Pastel Inventory system
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
