Job Summary

Job Summary:Gwina Attorneys is seeking an experienced HR Administrator with 4 to 5 years experience to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role offers the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities:Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsGather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsScreen resumes and application formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksPrepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department; leave reports etc)Good understanding of SETA landscape and relevant legislationBasic understanding and application of employment legislation, e.g. LRA, BCEA, SDA.Attend to employees queries Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copiesParticipate in organizing company events and career daysGeneral HR admin dutiesSkills And Qualifications:HR qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Bachelors degree)Attention to detail, able to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood data entry skillsGreat interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skillsHighly motivated with a desire to learn.
