Key Responsibilities:
– Manage Vector Sales and Merchandising teams in store
– Manage operations at store and DC level for Promotions
– Stock levels and replenishments
– Manage percentage of returns
– Manage 10 shelf health elements in store
– Price Indicator Labels
– Quality of product on Shelf
– Stock placement
– Stock rotation.(First in First Out)
– Promotional Point of Sale material
– Stock pressure
– Correct Flows and Planograms
– Forward share advantage
– Drive sales opportunities in store (get ends addition POS into store)
Requirements:
– Ages typically 20 30
– Matric
– 1-2 years FMCG experience
– Assertive personality
– Ability to travel
– Own car and valid drivers license
– Works independently
– Numeracy skills and Excel skills a must
