The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles, and will be passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals with integrity and precision. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand each clients current financial status, goals, and risk profile. Build tailored financial strategies aligned with clients life stages and long-term objectives. Financial Planning & Advisory Develop comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement and estate planning, and savings goals. Provide clear, actionable recommendations that align with clients needs and the companys product offerings. Risk Management Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and recommend appropriate insurance or investment solutions to mitigate them. Advise clients on protective measures to safeguard their assets and income streams. Client Education Empower clients with knowledge about investment options, savings plans, and market trends. Simplify complex financial concepts to ensure clients understand their financial plans and decisions. Regulatory Compliance Maintain full compliance with financial industry regulations and Covisions internal governance policies. Stay updated on evolving financial legislation, compliance standards, and ethical practices. Client Relationship Management Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication and results-driven service. Conduct periodic reviews of financial plans to adjust for life changes or market shifts. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) , RE5 etc. 13 years of experience as a financial advisor or similar role within the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Sound understanding of investment products, tax-efficient planning, and market dynamics.
