The Rates and Reservations Administration team is currently looking for an experienced Tourplan Senior Rates Administrator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the Tourplan system, ensuring accurate loading of rates, service options, specials, and exploration products, while addressing consultant queries and system updates.Detailed ResponsibilitiesLoading / Amending & Checking rates for Associated Product and company product.Adding new Creditors.Loading new service options as & when required.Maintaining general information saved in the Tourplan.Communicating to consultants on Tourplan changes.Adding and maintaining specials to Tourplan.Loading Exploration.Setting up new users in all TourPlan.Main focus on AP Manual.Company Window adhoc functionsLinking and maintain options & pricing rules in company Window.Assisting in any ad hoc projects as and when required.Dealing with day-to-day queries via ticket systems.
