Strong communication skills, the ability to handle a high volume of tasks, and experience in fleet management are essential for success in this role.Key Skills & Qualifications:Fleet Management Experience: Previous experience as a Fleet Controller, with a proven track record of managing large fleets (preferably 400+ vehicles).Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with internal teams, drivers, and external partners.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage the various demands of fleet management.Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with vehicle maintenance schedules and regulatory requirements.Computer Literate: Proficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across departments.Salary & Benefits:
