Job Summary

Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking a junior Web Content Developer / Digital Editor who is highly proficient with WordPress websites. This role will be responsible for managing, creating, and posting content on various websites within our group, ensuring they align with our brand and marketing strategies. As a women-managed and operated company, we are specifically looking for a female candidate who brings a passion for digital content, attention to detail, and basic marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, edit, and post content across multiple WordPress websites within the companys portfolio.
  • Create, manage, and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and media assets.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in web content, maintaining a strong brand voice and appeal.

• Digital Editing & Design:

  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring all copy and imagery enhance search visibility and user engagement.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and engaging user experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor WordPress issues as they arise.

• Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Partner with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling posts for social media and email campaigns as needed.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving web content and user engagement.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in WordPress website management and familiar with common plugins and tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Experience & Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in digital content creation, web development, or online marketing is preferred.
  • Basic marketing knowledge and understanding of brand-building principles.
  • Experience in the food services, food retail industry, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
