Job Summary
-Call Centre Sales experience in Financial Sector Background ONLY.-At least 2 + years work experience in a Financial Call Centre Environment.-Matric. -Good Command of English. -Excellent Telephone Etiquette-Excellent Interpersonal skills. -Driven Individuals-Strong Character to close on Leads provided. Key Responsibilities /
Duties:
-On boarding client.-To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into / Existing clients.-To be aggressive in closing deals.- Target Driven. -To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.Benefits:Basic Salary R6 000 Per Month for the first 3 month during probation period, then the basic goes up to R7000 per month + Uncapped Commission structure on a sliding scale e.g. Sale Comm Paid in U$D + R2000 Incentive for Top Seller. Supplied hot Leads / No Cold CallingNo limit to dial own leads and earn Commission.1-week Paid Training for attending (R100 per day) Courtesy fee.
