Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product analytics function, providing guidance and mentorship to a team of product analysts.
- Conduct thorough analysis of user data, product metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast product trends and user behavior.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product changes.
- Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product analytics and data science.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring or managing a team.
