About the Role
Raizcorp is seeking a highly competent and experienced Learning Centre Manager with a proven background in learning centre and learning compliance management to run a very successful centre in Sandton, Johannesburg. Our Learning Centre Manager ensures that every program running in their centre is fully compliant, well-delivered, and accurately reported on.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage every entrepreneur’s participation (attendance, coaching, learning sessions etc.)
- Ensure program requirements are met
- Produce meticulous data/reporting for internal management and external sponsoring clients
Requirements
- A minimum five years’ experience in structured learning environments management, such as SETAs, learnerships, training organisations, or corporate-funded training programmes is vital.
- A minimum five years’ experience in compliance-heavy programme delivery, reporting, and sponsor/beneficiary dynamics.
- Prior experience in and the proven ability to handle large program volumes (data, programme requirements and people)
- Strong experience with and comfortable in using learning and compliance systems.
Qualifications
- A minimum tertiary level qualification is non-negotiable.
- Strong business acumen vital.
