Duties:
- Keep the firms website on point with regular updates that inform and engage.
- Own the social media channels with creative posts that capture attention and spark conversation.
- Coordinate deal announcements and manage submissions to key agencies, ensuring the firm stays top-of-mind.
- Lead the charge on press releases – from drafting them to coordinating with the media for maximum impact.
- Build and nurture media relationships, including with niche outlets and conference organisers.
- Manage the firms conference calendar, handling everything from advertising to attendance with ease.
- Orchestrate exciting client events at sports matches and ensure theyre a hit.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams at other IMAP firms to create aligned and innovative strategies.
- Dive into project work, from leading website redesigns to supporting senior management with strategic initiatives.
Who You Are:
- You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services or professional services.
- You`re a pro at juggling multiple projects, keeping cool under pressure, and delivering results that matter.
- Youre passionate about keeping content fresh – whether its on social media, the website, or in press releases.
- Youre detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrive when working with cross-functional teams.
