Office Administrator / Accounts and Computer experience in Excel and Word: Company situated in KEW.To start immediately.This is a relatively junior position comprising of Data capture.The candidate should be qualified and able to pick up the ball immediately.Fluent Afrikaans and English (reading, writing and speaking)Day to day administrative functions. Process customer invoices, credit notes, and statements accurately and on time. Follow up on outstanding customer payments via phone, email, and other communication channels.Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debtors accounts. Sales administration experience.R15 000 Monthly basic salary.Grade 12 (Matric) Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. .
