Job Summary
Do you thrive at night? Are you naturally awake from 6PM to 6AM? Were looking for a night owl based in South Africa whos awake when others are asleep. Are you savvy on a computer? Join our SaaS support team for clients in the USA and Australia. There is very little work to do. Support requests are infrequent and you will probably receive less than one client contact a night. Clients will contact you via email or online chat. We will train you to handle basic issues, which you can escalate when you cant help the client.Our contract requires you to be available from 6PM to 6AM week days. So that you can respond when a client reaches out. – We dont expect or require you to be working all the time- We DO expect you to be reliable. – We expect a client chat request to be answered in less than 5 minutes
