Job Description
- Oversee daily administrative operations between workshop and front administrative offices
- Manage HR functions including staff attendance, performance, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with OEM and Insurance SLA requirements
- Manage debtors and creditors, ensuring timeous payments and collections
- Compile and analyse daily financial reports and operational metrics
- Ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and customer service excellence
- Support management in planning, budgeting, and operational strategy
Minimum Requirements:
- Autobody / Panel Beating industry experience in the role of operations manager or similar position (non-negotiable)
- Strong TMS (Tracking/Management System) experience
- Good understanding of Sage accounting systems
- Audatex experience or qualification required
- Proven experience managing both workshop and administrative teams
- Stable employment history (no job hoppers)
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong administrative acumen
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of autobody repair workflow and systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
