Job Description

Our prestige client specialises in managing network connectivity for corporate clients with mobile workforces and telemetry needs and are urgently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. They provide reliable, innovative solutions, including user authentication, network policy authorisation, and detailed usage reporting. Their services ensure seamless connectivity and robust support, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project and roll-out plans, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  2. Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project and team success.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with stakeholders at every level about project issues and progress.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impact on project timelines and budget.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  7. Team Support and Development: Support team members by providing guidance, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration.
  8. Self-development: Continuously improve personal skills and knowledge through training, certifications, and staying updated with industry trends, regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4
  2. Advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  3. Advantageous: Professional Project Management certifications.
  4. Advantageous: ITIL and agile certifications

The Reference Number for this position is LJ60514 which is a Perm – Hybrid position based in Randburg offering a cost to company salary of up to R420K per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
