Sandton: Passenger Vehicle Front Counter / Panel Salesperson – Gauteng, Sandton

Responsibilities: Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with panel shops and trade customers Manage quotations, process orders, and conduct timely follow-ups Ensure accurate sales transactions and support the wider Parts Department team Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trade and retail segments Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in same or similar role in an automotive dealership as a front counter / internal parts salesman Strong knowledge of automotive parts (German brands advantageous) Proven track record in parts sales and customer service Existing client base Experience in managing both front counter (retail) customers and panel shop/trade clients Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Target-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Also open to considering a junior candidate who demonstrates: Strong growth potential within the automotive industry The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High levels of self-discipline and commitment The drive to proactively develop new sales opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow within a reputable automotive group.
