Minimum requirements: Minimum Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4 qualification Marketing qualification will be an advantage 2-4 years experience in a relevant rental sales and marketing position Experience with MS Office and designing software Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Responsibilities and duties: Advertising on Social Media Whatsapp, Google, Instagram, Website Working in conjunction with the companys Marketing Business to do advertising Viewing office space with current and potential tenants (upsizing/downsizing) Administer the Lease Agreements, Lease addendums Negotiate Lease Agreement terms &rate negotiations Administration of tenants exiting the Office Park Upkeep of Vacancy Schedule Upkeep of Occupancy Schedule Building floor plans and videos Upkeep of the Key system and parking book Upkeep of the month rent roll Liaise with external Sales Agents Consultant: Joelene Koekemoer – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
