About the Role
An upmarket Restaurant in Sandton is seeking a Senior Front of House Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing busy restaurant environments and a strong understanding of floor management. With 6 years of management experience in Restaurants, this role offers an opportunity for a skilled and ambitious individual to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage wait staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee stock control and implement effective inventory management systems
- Conduct opening and closing procedures to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and staff performance
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Restaurant management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a complete front-of-house restaurant operation
- Well-spoken and exceptional customer relations skills
- Experience with Restaurant administration and cash handling is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
