About the Role

The Construction Manager position at our client’s Sasolburg site requires a seasoned professional to oversee large-scale civil projects and ensure timely completion while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules to meet bar chart deadlines and ensure employee productivity
• Oversee excavations, steel fixing, shuttering, and concrete pouring for large-scale civil projects
• Manage site safety compliance and organize necessary work permits
• Perform basic surveying, level checks, and calculate material quantities
• Responsible for quality control and procurement of construction material/equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in civil construction supervision
• NQF Level 4 National Certificate (or equivalent)
