About the Role

A well-established professional quantity surveying consultancy is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing QS to gain hands-on experience across a range of projects while working alongside experienced professionals in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with project cost management and estimating
• Reviewing and analyzing construction contracts
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and costs
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers

Requirements

• BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
• 03 years relevant industry experience
• Basic understanding of construction contracts and cost management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
• Exposure to QS software (e.g. WinQS, CCS, or similar) advantageous
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills

Qualifications

• Formal education/certifications: BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
