Secunda: Export Shipping Specialist

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business (preferred), OR Industrial Engineer or Commercial Director or Shipping Director OR Relevant Diploma with completion of a Management Development Program (MDP) or similar Advantageous Certifications Certificate in Contract Management & Negotiations Qualified in Trade Regulations and Custom Procedures Experience Grade 4: 68 years experience managing people and consistently driving operational KPIs Grade 5: Minimum 6 years experience driving KPIs with some exposure to people management Overall experience must include: Export shipping coordination and execution Documentation and customs processes Carrier selection and route optimization worldwide Export warehousing experience internationally International Ports and Customs knowledge and experience Know all shipping routes and warehouses worldwide Contract management and negotiations (advantageous)
