Were currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Store Sales Agents. As an In-Store Sales Agent, you will be the face of our store, providing outstanding customer service and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining store presentation. Were looking for individuals who are passionate about retail, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsible Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting stock checks. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Customer-focused with a positive attitude Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
