About the Role
Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Lead to join our team at Sasol Secunda. As a leader in quality oversight, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations adhere to Sasol Specifications (SP) and SANS 10142, while maintaining the highest standards of engineering and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP)
- Conduct routine site inspections, manage “Hold Points,” and coordinate with client inspectors for final signoffs
- Accurately compile and manage Data Books, Quality Records, and Handover Packages
- Identify and document non-conformances (NCRs) and oversee corrective actions to prevent rework
Requirements
- Valid Red Seal Electrician or similar (Section 13 or 26D)
- Essential prior experience within the Sasol Secunda environment with a proven track record of meeting Sasol’s engineering and safety standards
- Valid Master Electrician or Installation Electrician (IE) card advantageous
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a Sasol medical fitness test
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, preferably in electrical engineering or a related discipline
