Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-end F&B operations
• Ensure service excellence
• Contribute to delivering world-class guest experiences
• Monitor staff and patron activities
• Perform beverage preparation or service tasks
• Assist in developing and implementing specialty drinks
• Promote optimal communication between the Kitchen and the Service team
• Investigate guest complaints
• Estimate consumption according to forecasts and schedule beverage and service equipment orders
• Maintain par levels for stock
• Review beverage menus and analyze recipes to determine labor and overhead costs and assign prices to menu items
• Maintain beverage and service equipment inventories
• Ensure that the POS is managed and operated effectively
• Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• 4/5-star lodge experience (essential)
• Strong F&B service knowledge in a luxury environment
• Excellent understanding of wines, beverages, food, and cooking methods
• Ability to supervise service teams and maintain service standards
• Skilled in stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Confident in menu descriptions and wine pairing recommendations
• Ability to manage POS systems and analyze sales reports
• Experience handling guest complaints professionally
• Knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning products, and equipment operation
• Basic understanding of budgeting, planning, and departmental admin
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindset
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management abilities
