Ello Technology, a leading Managed Service Provider, is looking for a qualified and experienced Half-Day Bookkeeper to join our Somerset West office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
• Support payroll preparation and submission
• Handle VAT submissions and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Assist with general accounting and administrative functions
• Minimum Requirements:Formal qualification in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proven experience using Zoho Books (this is essential and non-negotiable)
• Minimum 23 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Must be based in or near Somerset West and able to work from the office every weekday morning
